FACC nominates 3 for Carroll County committees.

The Freedom Area Citizens' Council nominated Ms. Jeannie Nichols of the Sykesville Town Council and recent unsuccessful Democratic candidate for the Board Commissioners to the Planning and Zoning Commission. In addition, FACC nominated Mr. John Culleton and Mr. Richard Nacewicz both of Sykesville for the Ethics Committee, should existing members be replaced or the committee expanded. Mr. Nacewicz was the Democratic candidate for Carroll County States Attorney. "All three nominees possess outstanding character and have excellent background experience to serve on these committees. Each has a distinguished record of public service and the FACC is proud to nominate them to serve in a county-wide capacity", said Ross Dangel, Chairman of FACC. The FACC is a non-partisan not-for-profit community organization, which informs, educates and advocates on behalf of the Freedom area of S. Carroll.
